This Round Face Batman with Bat Rope action figure is unused and still sealed on the original blank back card. The card is nice with light wear and comes from a smoke free home.

The card has a copyright date of 1989 by Toy Biz and DC Comics on the back. 

I have never seen this card before, but I am told this is a super hard to find pre-release version because of the blank card back with the black and white instruction sticker on it. It is so tough to find this card variation!
